Terms and Conditions

• This offer applies to spending in a single transaction only and not applicable for accumulated receipts from multiple transactions.
• Pickup address cannot be changed once order is confirmed.
• All physical goods of Authentic Chinese Sausages, Cured Meats, and Yung Kee Souvenirs must use the e-voucher to redeem on or before 31st December 2024 according to your selected location.
• All physical vouchers can be redeemed after 2 business days once order is confirmed and must use the e-voucher to redeem according to your selected location.

• Physical voucher of Yung Kee Souvenirs is valid for 1 year once the order has been confirmed.
• For delivery service, the staff will contact you within 3 business days of the confirm order date.
For physical goods / physical voucher, delivery will be processed within 7 business days (Available on Monday to Friday, except public holidays)
• Enjoy free shipping to one designated area upon purchase of $1,800 or above. Shipping fee of HK$250 will be applied to order less than HK$1,800 per location. Shipping fee of HK$30 will be applied to order less than HK$1,800 with purchase of physical voucher only per location. (Delivery service is not applicable to Lantau Island, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Outlying Islands and remote areas, and building without elevator service.)
• All purchased item has no cash value and is non-refundable.
• All coupons are valid for a single transaction only, and are invalid and not replaceable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
• Yung Kee Restaurant Group reserves the right to make final decision on all matters regarding the use of this Coupon without prior notice.

• 實體禮券換領日期 :實體禮券可於落單後翌日起計第二個工作天於所選換領地點換領。

• 鏞記禮品之實體禮券以購買日起計有效期一年。
• 如選擇送貨服務，職員將會在3個工作天內與你聯絡。如購買實體產品 / 實體禮券， 送貨服務會在收到訂單後的7個工作天內完成。送貨日期為星期一至星期五，公眾假期除外。
• 凡購物滿HK$1,800或以上, 可享免運費送貨至一個香港指定地點。如購物金額少於HK$1,800，則收取運費HK$250。如訂單只有實體禮券，則按每個地址收取運費HK$30。(送貨服務不包括大嶼山、東涌、馬灣、離島、偏遠位置及並無升降機設備的樓宇)。
• 網上訂購之商品不設更換、不可取消、不可兌換其他產品或現金。
• 有效電子兌換券只可使用一次，如有遺失、塗改或損毀，則予作廢，恕不補發。
• 如有任何爭議，鏞記酒家集團有限公司保留最終決定權。
